Who is RMD Proud?

RMD Proud led by Dr. Weaver and Debb Dunn, who bring a unique blend of lived experience and clinical expertise. They are the architects of this vital bridge to affirming healthcare. Bridge to Care is committed to providing high-quality, gender-affirming care in Maryland and Virginia through a virtual, membership-based model

Dr. Weaver (he/they), a Board-Certified Family Physician and experienced business owner, brings decades of clinical experience alongside the invaluable perspective of lived trans experience. This combination ensures culturally competent, affirming, and patient-centered care for transgender and gender-diverse individuals

Debb Dunn (she/her) has extensive experience in treating transgender and gender-diverse individuals. With years of expertise in gender-affirming care, Debb has been instrumental in training healthcare providers on gender-affirming hormone therapy and developing clinical guidelines
